You can upload from PC as well, so, yes, results will be the same.
What matters is the quality and quantity of content.

i know i can upload from pc but many ppl said that real phone device gives better reach (same as tiktok if you upload from mobile phone)

A while ago I read somewhere that IG is pushing to get everyone to use their services from phones, so I was posting from phones at first. At some point I switched to PC uploads only and had good results on my IG account.
If you are afraid it might give you less reach at the start, warm you accounts up from phone and then after a while (2 weeks+) you can switch to mansplanner.
Most important is still the quality of content.

Uploading from mobile IP + real device, will net better results then uploading via browser + mobile ip/vpn. Always best to upload under optimal conditions when interacting with Instagram if your goal is going viral.
