I do not ask and dot not even credit )
I have never had any complaints that I know of due to tagging the content creator, but I think the context is different: I am reposting pics people have shared via a branded hashtag - so most people are looking for a feature⦠or if they have used the hashtag not knowing what it was and I think the onus is on them. On another account, without a branded hashtag it says it a curated account and comment usually flatters the content creator.
I think youāve got it twisted re: engagement. Yes you give them attention and engagement in exchange for using their intellectual property, but I have found often they do things like repost your post and brag about being featured (further increasing your audience and engagement) or tag their friends to show off. And once featured they usually use your branded hashtag way more and share lots of pics or tag you in their comments (= more followers and engagement for you).
I think if you are straight up stealing than itās pretty understandable you get reported or harassed. It reflects the law and the culture on Insta. People donāt think it is cool.
If you want more info about creating a community where people love you for sharing their work Iām happy to give examples of what I say in the bio and comments.
Thats all nice when you have some accounts. But try it with 1k accounts, you will have to get a VA to handle the complaints snd reports
I did this with an account starting from 0 followers. No problem.
My explanation in english scks, sorry:slight_smile:
I meant, when you have more then, lets say, 30 accounts. Or 1000 accounts. Then its not worth the effort
Oh ok, sorry I misunderstood.
I canāt really comment because I donāt have thousands of accounts, but also havenāt had any complaints. So I imagine 0 complaints x 1000 accounts would still = 0 complaints⦠but hey, I donāt know that from experience
Lets talk then! I will hire you to handle the accounts if you promise to get 0 troubles Kidding!
Keep on the good work!
Danny
