Quote or Food Page? How to monetize?

Hello everyone,
I am new to this forum and how it works so excuse me if I mess up. I am thinking of starting an Instagram page based on food (it would look like the account @tasty.hub), or a quote/motivation page. I think motivation is easier to monetize however it seems more saturated.

How would I monetize a page based on fast food?
Which niche do you think is the best option?

I would stick with the quote/motivation instead of food niche. But it’s just me because I don’t have any ideas how to monetize fast food niche. :smiley:
You can monetize them with dropshipping/CPA/affiliate offers.

I have a look instagram page like you, like 1m follower. They sell shout, add you name on 10 post. I think you can sell shout to other instagram with same niche.
