I bought an account last week. When I changed the password again through the current email of this account this popped up. It’s not possible for me to check what email was the OG one. The person I bought it from can’t remember which it is or the password. (No it’s not a scammer)

If you are not logged in to this account and you dont have access to the OG email there isnt much you can do.
Next time secure the email before anything else.
I am logged in and get this verification whenever I log in. There was no OG E-Mail from the beginning. I get my money back either way but it’s still sad. Was one of my best deals yet
If you are logged in you can check what the OG Email was.
Settings > Security > Access Data > Former Email Addresses

Change of location or IP when changing password can trigger this. Just remember this for the future.
Now to your real problem here.
You don’t seem to have the OG mail neither does the seller I suppose?
Did the seller create this account with any phone numbers? In that case your can ask him to reset the password through phone number.
You can report it hacked, but the odds of getting the account back is best done applying from the ip the account was created from to begin with (ask the seller for his help if possible) . In this case a verification will take place anyhow.
If no personal photos was posted on the account, which can directly relate you or the seller to this actual account, IG will ask you to provide the latest 5 posts which was made on the account or the last 3 passwords which was used on this account etc.
These are really the only way possible to get it back. And ofcourse a great deal of luck and you facing a IG supporter who is in good mood and willing to help you out.
But try. You have nothing to loose and everything to win.
