Does anyone have a course about Real Estate or is already very successful and can help me on my way ?

Oh Jeez…
When you find yourself a “real estate course” or a “mentor” make sure his advices are applicable to the law, taxes, bank loans and other rules on all possible fields in your country.
Because it varies, and it varies a lot!
I would much rather find someone offline who moves that stuff in your area and learn from him.
And by real estate I mean buying, refurbishing, building stuff and selling it, not just working on a comission by managing rentals.
