It would be nice to replace “my country” with the name of your country because the answer probably depends on that.
You can try to find clients and accept payments with Paypal. And register as a company if you really find a lot of clients. It is stupid to register as a company only to find out that you were only able to find 1 paying client

Ohh. I am from Singapore.
There are different rules in different countries. In my country you can do what you want till you make more than a couple of thousand euro’s in a year. If you cross that you have to register as a business. But I know nothing about Singapore…
