purchased but proxies keep going down/network connection issues, worked only for first few hours, now they are kinda dead

All my proxies are down too, no response from support. How long will the network failure last?
Same here all proxies are down
They started to work again, at least for me.
Today we got a power outage that’s why proxies were off.
For sure we understand it might be annoying, but in a case such as that we cant do a lot.
Right now all the proxies must be online, and we are really sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Our data center located near the city mall which is still in a process of building and the owners are allowed to turn off the power.
We will try to move our servers to a new location this weekend, cuz we simply don’t have other solutions right away.
We are online again.
