Good evening, today as many of you know our service was unavailable for around 10-12 hours.
We are located in the downtown, where is the constant building of new offices and high-rise building, that’s why we are experiencing power outage from time to time.
Recently we have already moved our hardware to the new data center, but obviously got no success, that’s why the one and possible solution in our case would be setting diesel generator to avoid issues such like that at all.
Due to the local rules, it will take us up to 14 days to get permission and after that, there simply will be no more possible reason to being offline at all.

Right now 90% of proxies are online and working again. But due to the recent power outages, 2 servers have been damaged and some proxies are still offline. Those servers would be replaced tomorrow during the day (March 2)

We are really sorry for this inconvenience and yes we understand it has already happen not the first time, that’s why soon we will fix it once and forever.

Thanks for your interest, but there is no simple and direct answer since we do not control Instagram and we can’t predict how it will act the next day or so. But according to the tests and feedbacks - around 10 accounts is a good number.
