Is it safe to run both at the same time? I’ve noticed in the IG app when I do this I am getting too many request errors.
I don’t have anything crazy set, max of 450 for both.

We do not recommend following and unfollowing at the same time. You can schedule tools so they follow for one part of the day and unfollowing during the other.
Or you can do one day of following and one day of unfollowing.

some people do it and are fine, some people do it and they get their accounts banned, I guess it depends on a lot of things, if you want to be 100% sure you can simply do what @Adnan said.
My experience is it is best to schedule follow sessions to run for about a 3 day span of time. Then 1-2 days of unfollow. After thats done, slowly pick up the follows again. You just need to feel out the limits of your account and act accordingly. I pushed hard to see my limits, and they capped out around the 1100 mark, but that was when I was F/UF in the same day. I have friends who go far beyond that and say they’re fine, so its all about the individual account.
