I would like to know if it is possible to scrape suggested users of a specifc profile and use it as follow source. I mean the accounts that show up if you go on an instagram profile and click the arrow down

This feature is built into Jarvee, tools - users and hashtags.
Put in the user and it gives you suggested users that you can copy out and use.

You can then extract this list and further target who you want to follow based on their stats followers/following. I’ve been targeting people with low followers/semi high following. From my experience these people are somewhat active and are more likely to follow my account. BUT if your content sucks donkey, then there is no attraction therefore no reason to follow your account.
