I used to put it on my 4g proxy but I guess it is better not ?
Use your own home ip. No issue. Works perfect for me and has done for 5 months.

Then change where you’ve written the ratio of ‘1:1’
100:1 is 100 accounts to 1 proxy. 
Don’t go over 5. It’s fine!

Plus you get to use your own home Ip speed. I have 320mb d/l and have Optimise Api Calls on and it scrapes incredibly fast! I can extract 12000+ an hour with never any issues.
