Its free and has a ton of customizations.

camtasia is well known and quite good, might have trouble finding a code for it, a few months ago there were people offering them on fiverr, not sure if that’s the case today.

If you are using a Mac… try quicktime… it’s built-in… and you can use your iOS devices too.
