Search in progress and Block

For some time I have noticed that my clients are stopped, when I click on tools and details there is the message (search in progress …) and the number of actions does not go up. Another thing I’ve noticed is the number of blocks, I’ve drastically reduced the volume of actions (they were more than 1000 follows per day, now it’s 500 per day and still the block is daily). Can someone help me?
