I’ve been locked out of my Instagram since Tuesday. Initially got locked out for suspicious activity which is concerning on its own, but I changed to the password. Then got this new video selfie requirement to prove that I’m a real person. Whenever I try to submit the video i get an error message telling me to try again later. Does anyone have a solution or any info on this??

You will probably gonna need to wait 24-48 hours and then give it another shot. Cheers
a lot of users are getting this right now it has been more than 3 days, IG is most likely trying some new verification stuff as Jaha said you need to wait for a few days and see how it goes, if there is any workaround this is where you will find it.
