Sending DM's somehow doesn't work but also work

I know it sounds strange but my Accounts can’t reply to dm’s for some reason. When I am sending a message to them I am able to extract it via Jarvee and 90 % of the time I am getting an reply. But when I am getting other messages from real users 90 % of them don’t get a reply.

These are my Settings:

What I am missing here? I have so much trouble since 6-7 weeks with just using a basic function in Jarvee sending replies. Kinda frustating. I appreciate any help <3

Do you see those messages in your DM inbox/chats tab or in Message Requests tab?

You don’t have the option “Reply to all” checked, so the tool will not reply to the messages in your Pending message requests.

Do you also have enable contact different users across all accounts checked?

About the question how I see the messages. They are in my Inbox on my chats, only a few are in requested.

Should I just activate Reply to all Messages to be on the safe side here?
