There are separate settings to like and RT scraped stuff based on keyword/hashtag, but is it possible for the stuff I scrape to RT and like that same result each time? I don’t want to scrape them separately, I want each result to get both a RT and a like.

It’s not possible to do that. You can contact the support to request that feature. I think it’ll be very useful if we have like after retweet here:
You can only Comment to those retweeted tweets. You should do as ossi said, submit a feature request. It would be a very useful tool.
