When you get a PV message from IG without a password change. Does this mean your account is shadowbanned? None of my content was deleted.

I don’t think so, I think IG just needed more verification for your account. Just be careful though with using it with another device at the same time while you’re running tools…
No, that shouldn’t be the case but PV is already a sign that you’re not doing something according to their rules. You gotta figure out what before they start causing you other problems as well.
PV means a PV a shadowban is something else it has nothing to do with the form of the PV you just need to verify the account and then give it some rest for few days and start again very slow.
