Should I use Virtual Assistants to help with my Instagram client account growth service?

Hey guys,

I’m doing pretty well with Instagram client account growth/management using Jarvee right now and while the workload is still manageable, I worry that in gaining more clients at this rate it may get out of hand for just me to do alone.

I’m curious if anyone has any experience using VAs (virtual assistants) or even employees to help with IG client account growth that they would like to share.
How many customers did you have when you hired your first VA/employee?
What tasks did you delegate to them and how did you train them to do those tasks to make sure they don’t fuck things up?

Also, maybe there’s some people here who don’t delegate/hire and do it all themselves with many many client accounts. If so, any tips on keeping on top of so many clients all by yourself?

I’m battling with this decision with my growth agency too.

I think with VA’s you may have to spend time teaching them the program and your processes.

Whereas, with a growth manager or Jarvee manager they understand the platform you just need to teach them your processes.

I have 5 clients but I have 10 additional accounts I’m managing for my own reasons.

To make sure they don’t fuck up I’d make an explainer video taking them through each procedure step by step.

start thinking about a va when you are having so many clients you cant handle it anymore. Way too early now i think

I understand that’s not a lot for clients. But I manage other accounts because I’m trying to open Ecom businesses. Just using IG to grow audiences in different niches…

I would be careful with VAs. I would always prefer hiring someone in person  Teaching a VA is a pain and you can never fully trust them.

You guys underestimate the troubles you will get with most VA’s. Most used are the cheaper ones, and believe me…When you pay peanuts, you will get donkeys!

I’ve heard a lot of horror stories about VA’s stealing clients. So don’t get into VA’s until you absolutely don’t see another option.

In this time and age you can automate 90% anyways, make an FAQ for questions and find a way to automatically collect client account info and mass-import them to MP for example.

I think if you have enough clients with a decent $$$ per client, you can hire a person in your area. Way better when they are sitting in your office;)

Yup, if you are at a point that you actually need a VA you most likely can afford an office and a ‘real’ employee.

I do it much easier :).

I do none of my selling, but instead have business partners that take big cuts from the overhead, and sell me each contract at a subpremium. I consider the loss per account as overhead for a VA, and I can solely focus on back end growth. As a result, can handle a ton of accounts on my own

Danny, this white profile picture is really confusing lol :joy: refreshed my browser twice before I realised that it’s not a connection issue on my end…
