Useful if you want to reduce the costs of using external scraping
E.g If you have external scraping checked on all of your scraper accounts and have setup 20 - 20 percentage. If you have 20 scrapers accounts in total then only when you have less than 4 accounts or equal hiker api will be used
So even if you have external scraping checked if this option is checked normal scraping will occur until you have only 4 valid scrapers left.
Once you will have more than 4 scraper accounts valid normal api scraping will occur
In order for this option to work you do need to have Use External Scraping on your scraper accounts checked.
Also When scraping use accounts with specific tagnames need to be checked. This will be used to identify the total number of scrapers.
