Soclikes dot com Are they scammers?

I need for a specific customer to but 5k likes on a facebook page, so i contacted those guys (soclikes don com) as i did b4.
This time they want me to add them as advertiser on that page, but something smells scammy this time.
Anyone knows if they are ok or not?

boutgh from them about a year ago and everything ok. but this time they wanted me to add them a advertisers in my page…

ordered 5k likes on page and everything looks legid. at after i agreed they told me they could do it with out adding them as advertisers on page
