what proxies are you using?
I am using data centers now. Mobile proxies weren’t making any difference for me. Updated, not data center, not sure. Just a proxy
For me I am only running on exclusively on EB
I am not even trying the API yet.
I still receive the temporary blocks, but it is not too bad.
HC mobile proxies.
I just have one account that will not let me follow anyone.
I rested the account for 24 hours and reset the cookes.
It followed 5 people and then I just continually receive a stream of temporary blocks
Hi, after many temporary blocks … today I was flooded with ACCOUNT COMPROMISED. And not to miss anything … even 1 block of 7 days. I believe that temporary blocks had the function of warning.
Can anyone tell me briefly of any potential actual bad RISK of running only EB? Not talking about server load or anything. Ban, blocks, … Seems to me that at this point the API is hit or miss toast and way harder to avoid blocks since it’s so fragile. Everyone could use EB in real life too so i assume it’s not that bad? I also know you might not hit your daily limit but i’d much rather not hit the ultimate limit instead of doing 6 follows a day…
So anyone?
On DC btw which too me doesnt seem all that bad since a lot of accounts are running without issues. Mobile gave me too much PV’s for childs which would add up the cost too much. But it actually did wonders (for aged acc) with API. Just not cost effective enough for me for childs.
Also, logout when blocked is pretty much scuffed siince the software doesnt seem to detect the logged out ‘continue as xxx’ when it wants to log you back in. Which the software then translates into a fake temp block
Lol 7 days X 600 follows barely puts you around 4,200. Come back and tell me how you’re doing after 30 days and then I’ll be impressed.

Can we really talk about the “ACCOUNT COMPROMISED” pop up. I know it’s been discussed, but we’ve yet to find a real prevention to this. A lot of us including myself have seen it really hit hard the last few days with no correlation to proxies, settings, etc. Does anyone have any ideas on how to prevent this? Surely looks bad to clients and we’ll lose lots of business from this. I even stopped everyone’s actions to prevent more clients from getting this pop up until I can try and find a solution.
I dont think you could actually prevent. The only thing i think you could is by having your settings on point making you look less like a bot but i feel like it’s IG was of sweeping it all and then letting you start over again.

What if that’s the point? Making it look bad to your client and having them stop business so they start buying ads instead of botting?
Pshhhh IG needs to stop with the surprises. Just end automation completely or don’t. Not sure why they want to slowly make things more difficult.
Do you think this pop up results from EB? If I was to only use API would this happen less often?
As far as i can think it seems like different ways to minimize (not kill) botting but killing headless russian spambots which they know wont have pv fixes or pass changes (since it’s in huge bulks running. That’s what i assume. And scaring people into stopping with botting. Makes sense right? Just get it over with and keep doing what you did but optimize settings.
Dont know if it’s EB only but might be DC only combined with EB since that’s the least expensive and difficult to manage? Not sure though.
You can tell it works since a lot of GIVE AWAY shit is happening with tagging, following and all that. IG did it

It’s because they need it, but they don’t want the damn spam of when people don’t know how to do it correctly.

I m getting action follow blocks on accounts when they reach around 2900-3100 follow actions in last 30 days?

How you do? I think I have a more lens configuration (150 per day) (just follow) and it shows me temporary blocking
I can’t reset the password. “The captcha solution was not correct. Please try again.” Anyone having a solution for this.
So maybe it’s an issue on the softwares end then? You don’t do automatic updates?
