"Sorry there was a problem with your request" Instagram error

I have come across this error a few times in the past but It resolved itself or I was able to resolve it on my own.

I can’t seem to fix it, I can’t log into my account on my phone but I can on the laptop. I haven’t made any new accounts in a few months so i wouldn’t see why my phone would be blacklisted.

Does anyone know how to resolve this? I tried a lot of times and I can’t seem to fix it with the usual methods on YT.

And I really don’t want to reset my phone.

i got that also on my 2nd phone which i use to log in with my account used in Jarvee. unfortunately the only way to fix it to factory reset your phone
