When managing client accounts, what are you looking for in terms of sources, what are your tactics what was proved to work the best? Im mostly managing artist accounts and im not asking you to tell me all your secrets i just want to discuss this and hear a few ideas/tactics.
Collect lots of sources - the more the better - and test them against the account. After a week or so, delete the bottom 50%. Then repeat until you are happy with the results. No magic required.

yeah, there is no reliable way to know how good of a follow back ratio you will get other than trial and error. The more follow sources you have to test the better results you will have

When I do follow Unfollow, I look at there profile and check there posts. Something’s that I look for are
1.do they use call to actions
2. What’s there engagement rate. If you can’t see this than look at their comments
3.how well built is their profile/bio
I look for really high quality accounts in general now, because high quality accounts care about their engagement and will try to improve there profile. I also filter the accounts I follow(a lot). This has worked well for me so far
Yep, high quality, fast growing accounts in your niche with decent engagement rate are what you should be looking for.
Targeting recent followers of such accounts will get you faster follow backs, but probably not as much engagement vs following the likers/commenters of posts.
