Why are the number of story views of my customers higher than the actual impressions?
Shouldn’t the impressions have the same amount as the story views counted?
From my understanding an impression needs to happen in order to view a story.
So theoretically the impressions should be equal or higher than the story views but not the other way around.
Would be very helpful if someone could clarify this for me.
I think that happens because many people view her stories using bot/JV, the views aren’t counted as impressions since the story viewer tool does not emulate human behavior.
