STRANGE IG DISABLED ACCOUNT LOCK IG hacks? Potential breach!?

Hey what’s up everyone, hope all is well.

In the last week days I’ve seen three completely unrelated client accounts seemingly get some kind of weird disabled lock, or maybe mass hacking or I don’t even know what is going on it here. I just feel like theres no way it’s a coincidence that three clients had the exact same thing happen to them.

I should preface this by saying non of these clients have ever been on any sort of automation software, I have never logged into their account, and there is no way that they were banned in an automation crack down.

They all end up on this screen, and have been stuck on there for between 1-7 days

What’s more strange is:

  • On the one client if we put the username in it says “Email sent to f5@yahoo.com
  • On the other two it says it says no user found with that username
  • If you put the emails on the account into forgot password section, it also says no user found, and if you put the phone # it says log in link sent, and instead of a log in link it’s sending 6 digit log in

I like to think I’m IG savvy but I’m perplexed as to what’s happening.

Any ideas or others with similar experiences?

Your client accounts are under IG review, you can search 24 hours review on this forum, there are a lot of posts and threads about this issue.

You need to wait until IG disable those accounts before submitting appeals

Once Instagram shows that your account is disabled, then you can submit the appeal form. You can do it via app or from this page Instagram Help Center

Your client’s will have to make an appeal for them to be reactivated.
