Stuck on verification for a client

Hey guys I have a client who has got a verification and the problem is this client dosent have the email id or phone number access anymore and instagram is sending the code to the sms and email which is not under access.

There is a different email too on the account but it’s not sending the code to that email

What can be done?

I’m in the same situation for a client of mine.
I haven’t found a solution yet.

  1. Open the Instagram app on your mobile device and enter your last known email address or phone number.
  2. Tap Forgot password? .
  3. Tap Need more help? .
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit a support request.

The client must have the current email or the old one at least, if he check his old email he will find an old email from Instagram telling him that your email was changed if this isn’t you then you can reverse and put your old email back, so check that out. As for the phone number, why would the account have a phone number that the client doesn’t own, so weird.
