Does anybody know what software to use to tag hundreds of profiles like the post below?
It looks awesome and not spammy.
That method seems aggressive and likely to get reported in my opinion. But maybe effective for a short-life spam account. Interesting that his account is 120k though and quite old.

When you tag someone, he receives a notification, right? Does he receive a notification when you text in your Post Caption or in Comments his @username?
Usually that happens because I tag some of my own accounts and I get a notification.
I used this type of spamming this winter and i have to say its pain.
It shows good CTR/new followers ratio but i strongly do not suggest to use it)
