There is a large amount of posts from users having account problems. The main problem in helping these users, is the fact there are so many factors will help determin the real problem. The problem I have commonly been seeing is the amount of questions people trying to ask need answered before they can provide accurate help. Me being someone of extreme productivity, I thought why not create a list of questions that anyone with account problems should answer. This will save you time since you will have to answer them anyways, and it will also save the time of those helping you since they dont have to reply back and forth asking you a list of questions.

If You are someone trying to help someone else solve their account problems, feel free to share this with them to save you from typing all the questions yourself.

If you are someone needing help, then save everyone’s time by answering these questions, which will encourage faster help, and accurate answers.


#QUESTIONS TO ANSWER

###How old are the accounts?

###Where did you get the accounts?

  • I Purchased Them
  • Where did you purchase them from?
  • I Created Them
  • What IP Did You Use?
    Did you use a private proxy, public proxy, rotating proxy, public WiFi, residential IP (home internet), or 3G?

  • Did you change the proxy that was assigned to the account after creating it?

  • How Did You Create The Account?
    Did you create them using a program, Embedded Browser, phone, or what?

  • How many accounts did you verify with one phone number?

  • How long did you wait in between verifying 2+ accounts using the same phone number?

  • Was the phone number from an online provider? or real SIM?

  • What is the email provider uses to verify the accounts?

  • How did you upload your display picture?
    Using Instagram App, Embeded Browser, MassPlanner - Edit Profile, or something else?

###How did you warm up the accounts?

  • On day #1 you did…

###If you had more than 1 account/proxy

  • Did both accounts get banned on that proxy or just one?

Very good idea, now if we’d get everyone that needs help not to jump to writing a new topic but read this first that would be perfect.
