Yes but 1) you need the clients permission to text. 2) unlike emails each sms cost money so can add up if you have a big database. 3) doesn’t work for every industry just like every other type of marketing

The best conversion rate for me is actual face to face meetings with big fish, or facetime rather than phone call because body language is included which is pretty much 90% of communication
Text Marketing IMO is great for businesses such as:
Optometry, Dentist, Chiro, Massage. Basically any office setting job.

It can help but at the same time I HATE when I get text messages from people saying “My new album released, etc” I would much rather get notified if I do it myself.

SMS texting? Never thinked about that one haha, but I don’t really like when I get texts myself lol
