I’ve been getting them when an account gets disabled. I login using the EB or verify it and the action required chord to account disabled.

I’ve actually had quite a few times the last few days where I get action required BUT the account manages to log back in without issue. Has been a bit puzzling.

Thats what happens to me today
Action reqired very often results in a disabled account but sometimes i had to login+logout and after that everything was ok again.
I am also getting my accounts banned on a daily basis after action required message

Usually involves a change of a password on my end. Gotten a couple over the past year and they were all due to password change.
We received a lot recently due to clients changing passwords, just try to log in using the EB.

And U guys said that u are receiving bans after changing the password so I think this might be true but I am not changing the password then who is?

Some of my friends get that too.
We make a conclusion the causes are changed of Instagram algorithm and not too good proxy.
I think you should change to 4g mobile proxy bro
