Hi there
been trying all night with different accounts and different proxies but after I scrape a list of usernames from a following and put them into scrape additional details it says ‘there are no valid accounts to get additional user details’
Any help will be appreciated and leave paypal or something if you want 
How many accounts you have using the API and have valid status?
Have tried to contact the Jarvee support?
4 and all valid, would I need more?
That means there are no other valid accounts running on API that would perform the scraping.
Are you using the option ‘when scraping data do not use all accounts, only use accounts with specific tagnames’ under Settings > Social Platforms > Instagram > General tab?
If yes, make sure that the other accounts are bearing the same tagname you specified on that options so they will be used for scraping.
If they already have that tag and you still get that error, then it means you need to add more scraper accounts in Jarvee. Note that more filters used on tools = more scrapers to be used, then more tools running on an account = even more scrapers needed.
It’s possible that your accounts got blocked from scraping. You can check that by going to Social profiles, select your accounts, press Actions on selected profiles and press Export most recent API error calls.
