Yeah that is a temp ban on that action. I would let the account sit for a day or two, adjust settings to a lower setting, then try it again.
Yea thats what I thought. I have stopped that account for now. Not sure why support thinks its not an issue and to ignore.

Perhaps they mean its not an issue with MP, if its your settings, then it’s not MP, it’s you’ve got to dial it back.
