I am trying to link my IG account to my FB account so that when I run ads and message people its all in one spot. anyone have an answer to this?
everytime I click on connect I get a failed link message.(please see photos)
any help is appreciated 
Have you tried doing it instead on the IG app?
I linked my accounts a long time ago and didn’t have those issues. Not sure what’s it related to but you can try from IG app as Jessi said.
