Twitter PV Codes Not Being Sent

Some of my Twitter accounts seem to be running into the issue where the PV is not sent to my # no matter how often I retry to send. Happens both when linking a new number to an account and when I request a code from an already linked number. About 50 of my accounts are currently affected. Many are still not affected.

Any ideas what can be done? Change proxies? Or is there some other trick to circumvent this?

I think you cant do anything, that accs are usually under review and will be suspended permanently.
