Hello, Is there an app that can do this or Jarvee? I want to unfollow everyone that does RT or like my tweet
No option for that in Jarvee. Only method would be adding manually users that interact with your posts to the Whitelist.

You can extract active users from a specific tweet using Twitter Contact tool > Extract Users tab in Jarvee. Then add the extracted users in Unfollow tool Settings tab > under the option “Use whitelist”.
If all your followings are users you followed outside of Jarvee, you will have to extract your followings in Follow tool Results tab first. Otherwise Jarvee won’t be able to find users to unfollow.
