This really isn’t discussed in the forum, but support at JV is actually really helpful. There was a point when I was emailing them ~2 questions everyday for like a week. They want to help fix any problems you have.

Jarvee was just updating the Was unfollowed column in Follow tool results tab. If your account has unfollowed 38 users since last update, it will show that you have 38 inconsistencies in the Summary tab.
