I created account manually with fresh private proxy and JV EB, verified with email, some hours later when you try to view account from other device it show message: This account is temporarily limited / restricted, click to confirm if you want to view it and if you confirm it opens the account but it show 0 followers 0 followings.
Is this a ban, and why JV still show account as VALID? When I opened EB to check I had to solve captcha, and then it asked to enter the phone number from the country where proxy is. If I try to enter my country phone it says Unsupported phone number.
Is this normal, do I have to use phone numbers for verification from the same country as IP that was used to create account?
