What our company and other users are experiencing is a UI (User Interface) error. We have discussed this issue with the Facebook Security Team and Bug Support and they were able to Confirm this issue [Screenshot attached].
For some users the confirmation process for reactivating disabled accounts is incomplete, which leaves the user unable to fill out the necessary appeal form to reactivate their account; causing the user to go thru a “confirmation loop”.
Expected Behavior:
- Account suspended due to suspicious behavior.
- Confirm it’s you by entering your phone number.
- Receive code from Instagram via text.
- Input code, Thanks we will review with in 24 hours.
- After 24 hours user can submit appeal form

Instagram form: contact/606967319425038 - All instagram and facebook appeal forms are locked and user is unable to submit appeal form.
Since it is not a Security or Privacy issue Instagram will not take action, but instead, have referred me to appeal on any available instagram form to resolve our issue.
Creators, Businesses, Brands and Influencers are unable to fulfill their contractual agreements with advertisers and partners. Commercial and small businesses are unable to interact with their customer base.
Can we please address and fix this issue?!
