I’d like to set up MP for a friends personal IG account and I was wondering if anyone has any advice on the best way to go about this regarding proxies.
He will be using his account like normal from his phone at the same time as MP is performing tasks. Is it a problem to set up his account on a US proxy when he is using his phone from the UK?
I could set up it up not using a proxy but I’m already doing this for a couple of accounts and don’t want to put any more on my home IP.
Any advice from someone who manages accounts for clients for other people would be great.
I don’t manage accounts for clients, but I would take a guess and say that it’s probably the best idea to set everything up from the same region that all of the actions will be taking place. So, in his case, a UK IP (proxy or not) would be the best choice for keeping the account safe.
I am using also US Proxies and dont have a phone / sim card from the US. No problems with that. I had two weeks ago a similar question, and the (advanced) MP user @Dconley wrote: “No problem or else everyone who travels would face a problem”
Yes you wont run into many problems doing this except and a email or phone verification maybe and that usually happens if you do actions from both MP and your phone at the same time
