Hey everyone, wanted to ask if any of you knew what #frame on an instragram video does instagram look to to show a preview thumbnail?
Like for example if I wanted to have some text and put it in the video and have it show on the video thumbnail, which frame or how many seconds in for how long etc.?

Good question. I am interested in this as well. You can get a lot of views if you can change the cover of your vids. Hope someone here knows it.
Make a video and number each frame, post it to Ig and see which one it picks. post it again and see if it picks the same one 
… this might work to find out. If there’s a way to number each frame automatically that would be pefrect
