But in all seriousness, even if it’s not “illegal” to have that many SIM cards, if an authority or provider want’s you gone for that or needs good press, they will simply charge you with something fraud based. SMS Spam, Romance scams, Cold Calls, whatever - I mean which legal business has 5000+ SIM cards? It must be fraud!
It’s very important to keep in touch with providers and get them on your side if you are doing something like this.
