Hi guy’s, the maximum posts for IG used to be 14, is it still the same?
Also with stories posts is are they included in the total of 14 or are they counted outside of normal posting rules and if so what are the maximums for stories posts per day?

Hi, thanks @MyFocus, I did some digging myself about stories and apparently there’s no limit to how many times you can post stories in 24 hours.
Still not sure what the maximums are now for normal posts! Guess I’ll just have to test it on one of my less important accounts just in case I get suspended.
By the way posting every 3-4 hours is best, so 7 posts would be your best option! Wonder when you get to sleep then but that’s not my tea 
If he schedules it it shouldn’t be a problem.

My buddy who is VERY new to Instagram and not trying to monetize or grow just created a profile to document his travels. Brand new account started today. He was able to upload 32 posts within less than 2 hours.

Without getting banned?
Someone once said that you can post up to 100 times/day. I can sometimes still get to 60/day now with a brand new account (haven’t tried more).
