Hello everyone.I was reading some threads about getting clients to manage their Instagram accounts.
I’m thinking to do the same but I’m a bit confused what to offer and how this works.
Do you offer only follow/unfollow service or something more?

You can offer a full management service.
Be creative. 
Your clients don’t want your service because they’re seeking for another offer that says:
“Get followers and likes”
In the most cases they’re searching for something or someone who can manage all their social media stuff.

For me I offer hashtag research, auto post like and premium email and chat support.
