What happen if I connect an Instagram account made in USA with a UK proxi?
Can I do that? Or I get ban?

It normally depends on how fast you switch the proxy after the creation.
If you create an account in EU and log it in on a US proxy within 5-10 minutes its fine.
If its longer then a week its getting more risky.
If its longer then a month its getting more safe.
Additional to that, even if a proxy switch is not causing a ban, it can remove some “trust” from your account.
