Like how many hashtags can I view per (hr,day,minute) without putting my accounts in danger ?

So you are asking for manual hashtag searches using the IG App? or web browser?
Either way, I don’t think there is a limit on manual searches. I am happy to be proven wrong.
Unless, you bot it and it becomes an unrealistic human behaviour of searching. Then I think you can run into some limits.
What are you trying to do?
