What is this growth technique?

I am following this account that has grown really fast: emmalauireal

Some posts have 150K+ likes! The thing is all the posts have a crazy high amount of shares.

So for example posts with 7000 likes have 1000 shares.

When I look at other accounts the shares are way way way lower, also for posts with 7k-150k likes.

Are they manipulting shares to receive more exposure? Does anybody have an idea what kind of technique they are using?

AI model with fake engagement and shares then using shoutouts to get subs, looks like 100 subs which is not that much so probably they are break even maybe in some profit right now
