whats the best email service that works around Spam blockers

have you ever tried Elastic Email? you can give it a try and see how it goes

Getresponse is cheap and reliable and they have some amazing features.
Awaber is good and has good and has a free trial you can try it.
Aweber is easily the best email marketing software for getting around spam filters, so long as you connect your business email to your domain - your best bet is Aweber, and I tried almost every other option. The second best is Infusion Soft
Is that Opt-in email list ? Or you asked for cold mailing ? Have you tried hostdel ?
