I think there is nothing much you can do cause the issue is prolly on IG side.

you have created another thread about your issue make sure to keep all conversations there it will be much better and you will get the help needed fast

Thats a common issue.
All you need is just to wait for around 12-24 hours. Then change your device and/or IP and try again
