When I connect to a remote desktop using software like RDP or Royal TSX, the screen is zoomed in and I can't zoom it out

I’m connecting from my MacBook Retina 12 Inch, Early 2015 on MacOS High Sierra version 10.13.6.

Can anyone help?

in your rdp software settings its the screen resolution connection settings… looks like its set to something very low like 400x200… should be higher than 800x600, just change the resolution

try using the microsoft rdp app on your phone and see if you get different results than the computer
