When to change info with bought instagram accounts

I have question about bought instagram accounts.
I know how to grow them, but when I buy instagram account usually it is something like:
username: kjsakd90090
pass:********
email:sdjkhdfdsk32@mail.com

When it is safe to change everything on this account. Username/email?
As soon as I buy it or need to grow it for few days and then change settings?

It depends on your own preference. If you bought it in a batch, then why not split test it?
